Johnny is just a little too young to head home today, but he's officially looking for his forever family! Once he reaches 8 weeks old and has received his age-appropriate veterinary care, he'll be ready to head home with the lucky family who pre-adopts him.

Named after everyone's favorite Schitt's Creek motel owner, this little Johnny may not own a motel... but he has already mastered the art of winning people over with his sweet face and lovable personality! 💙

Johnny has been given an amazing start to life. He's being raised by his devoted mama, Moira, alongside his three siblings, where he's learning important puppy manners, appropriate play, and how to be a confident, well-socialized dog. He's also been surrounded by lots of human interaction, helping him grow into a friendly, affectionate puppy who loves people.

🐶 Dogs: Dog friendly! Johnny is being raised with his mama and littermates, giving him the opportunity to learn valuable social skills, bite inhibition, and healthy dog-to-dog communication before heading off to his forever home.

👧 People: Johnny has been socialized with lots of humans and absolutely loves attention. Whether he's being held, cuddled, or simply hanging out nearby, he's happiest when he's with his people.

🐱 Cats: At his young age, Johnny should do well with respectful cats given slow, proper introductions.

🏡 Training: Johnny is still just a baby, so his forever family should be prepared for all the joys and responsibilities of raising a puppy! Potty training, crate training, chewing, socialization, and basic manners are all part of the adventure, and Johnny is starting off with a fantastic foundation thanks to his mama and foster family.

❤️ Personality: Johnny is a happy-go-lucky little guy who loves exploring, playing with his siblings, and then crashing for a well-earned puppy nap. He's affectionate, curious, and full of that irresistible puppy charm that makes everyone fall in love. Whether your idea of fun is hiking a trail, relaxing on the couch, or playing in the backyard, Johnny will be thrilled to be by your side.

Johnny is available for pre-adoption now and will go home once he reaches 8 weeks of age and completes his age-appropriate veterinary care. PKR will be responsible financially for his puppy vaccine series through 20 weeks of age (DAPP and Rabies), as well as the cost of his neuter. While Johnny may go home before all of those appointments are completed, his forever family will work with PKR to ensure he is brought to each scheduled appointment. All of his veterinary care is included in his adoption fee.
