Meet Lola!!! the sweetest little love bug who truly believes her purpose in life is to snuggle her humans and soak up every ounce of affection she can get! She is deeply people-oriented and happiest curled right next to you, melting into your side. Lola LOVES love. She also has a playful, energetic side and enjoys romping with her youngest foster sister before choosing snuggles over everything else.

Dogs: Lola currently lives with 3 female dogs, big and small. She plays hard with the youngest dog & does great taking redirection when she’s too excited. She is eager to please and learning what polite play looks like. She respects the older dogs in the home and gives them space when they don’t want to interact. She prefers to play with other dogs without other toys, but loves to play with her humans with toys!

Cats: Lola lives with a kitten and is very interested and playful. She’s still learning polite play with cats and should continue supervised introductions while she continues to learn boundaries.

Kids: Not formally kid-tested in her foster home yet, but based on how gentle, loving, and affection-seeking she is, we think she would likely be great with respectful kiddos who can handle playful puppy energy.

Crate: Excellent! Lola loves her crate! it is her safe & cozy space. And… Yes! Fully potty trained.

Training: Lola is very treat motivated and already knows how to sit. She’s working hard on her leash skills… she can pull at times but does beautifully with a nose lead and is showing great progress.

Personality: Lola thrives on closeness. She is snuggly, affectionate, silly, playful, and wants nothing more than to be someone’s constant companion. She can get a little anxious outside alone in the yard without her people but she is improving every single day and building confidence in foster.

Why Lola? Lola is young, moldable, eager to learn, and wants so deeply to love and be loved. She would absolutely blossom in a home that enjoys snuggles, positive reinforcement, structure, & someone who wants a true heart-dog attached to their side through life.
