Wilma was found as a stray and surrendered to the shelter as a kitten! She was a single kitten in the shelter and taking valuable kennel space on what is proving to be a very busy kitten season. So we welcomed her into PKR in hopes of clearing some kennel space for the shelter!

Wilma has grown into quite the spunky and sweet character. She is ever so loved in her foster home by the humans, cats, and dogs! Wilma has a confident nature, with some shy undertones… but don’t be fooled because that’s part of her charm. Give her a couple of minutes and she will be confidently flaunting her gorgeous self all over you or your dogs or your cats!

Wilma is playful, loving, a purr machine. She is so silly and she melts for pets! Wilma would love to be adopted into a home that has other cats… or with one of her current foster kitten siblings… or both!?

Dogs: Wilma loves doggie friends once she gets a chance to warm up to them. She will lay with them or play with them, just needs a second to get a feel for how she feels! She is used to rough and tumble, but doesn't prefer it with her current size (who knows what being an adult kitty for her will be like!) she enjoys cuddling, patting, and hanging with his doggy friends if they are in the picture.

Cats: Yes! Wilma has been excellent with all cats, even the evil resident kitty. She keeps her distance and respects her space... and doesn't fight back when she goes after her. Wilma currently ADORES her foster kitten siblings and the nice adult cat and Wilma would need a kitty friend in her future forever home.

Kids: Wilma is likely excellent with kiddos. Playful and loving! So kiddos would be fine in her forever, but it’s always important to make sure those human kiddos practice and maintain good behavior around pets.

Litter habits: Litter trained, uses pine pellets or clay
